Please allow 3-7 business days to ship out orders. Your order may be processed earlier. It just depends on how many orders I have at the time.

Gloww is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the order is in the hands of USPS, you must contact them for claims/information. Make you type your address correctly when ordering.

Returns

All sales are final. I cannot accept returns because these are personal care products. Make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients used in the products. You can ensure by performing a patch test on a small section of your skin. Discontinue use of the product if you experience any type of reaction. Ingredients are listed on this website as well as on the product itself. Gloww is not held responsible for any reaction you may have to these handmade products.

Since a lot of these products are whipped, they may melt during the hot months! make sure you collect your package as soon as the order is delivered. Don't leave it outside on your porch, especially if you live where the temperature is high.

If your product does melt, place it in the fridge for an hour or two. I should firm right back up. If the product is whipped, it may shrink in size, but that does not destroy the quality of the product. You can also whip it back up yourself.
